Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will handle the following main responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and service profitable contacts with representatives of Corporate Organizations, Government Agencies, the Travel Industry, and Social Groups.

Assist the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to ensure high standards of Catering Services and coordinate seamlessly with F&B and Banquet Managers.

Propose and prepare premium Banquet Menus, cocktail receptions, and meeting/event facility arrangements in coordination with the Executive Sous Chef.

Handle all customer enquiries, contract negotiations, and financial approvals related to functions, concluding by issuing Banquet Event Orders (BEO) sheets.

Develop and implement creative product promotions, food and beverage pairings, menu items, and recipe presentations to drive incremental revenue.

Conduct regular competitive market research and analysis of the local Banquet & Events industry, tracking restaurant and bar pricing trends.

Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Assistant Director of F&B on an emergency requirement basis.
Required Qualifications

Education: Graduate from a reputed and recognized University in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is mandatory. Experience in a 5-Star Hotel Catering Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or the Sales of Luxury Products/Services will get high preference.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 (thirty-five) years of age as of the last date of submitting the application. (Relaxable for extraordinary candidates at management discretion).

Domain Knowledge: Basic knowledge of core F&B concepts, menu development, event management, and budgeting/business plan preparation will carry an added advantage.
